The Basic Vehicle

The basic vehicle will be : no dents and no rust – high buff polished paint. A clean carpet (full carpeting required) including floor mats, full dress wheel covers (no “hub covers”) and all doors handles locks and windows seat belts and the like should be operational. All OEM (Original Equipment as Manufactured) In place and Operational.

There are a few vendors we promote and suggest for Equipment installations and lettering. Our experience has been that these service providers attain and maintain our minimum standards – which maximizes your benefit.

In addition there is an economy of scale present when you use regular vendors - they provide competitive pricing.

They will determine, with you, the area’s required to be painted (like bumpers) if your vehicle is not already “refrigerator” white, and requires a color change.

Vehicles are allowed to start which have attained 7 years of age (based on the door tag or Date of Manufacture) or 150,000 miles. (This is primarily due to maintenance and repair costs for operations. In addition to the reality that the vehicle you bring to the fleet will drive typically 60,000 miles a year)

No vehicles will be allowed in the fleet that are Rebuild, Re-manufactured or Salvage title vehicles - and Yes they will need to see that title - FIRST. (In lieu of a clear title, a clean CARFAX needs to be shown)
